The girls got to jump on the bungee jump and the space spin. They ate peanuts, popcorn, and had some homemade funnel cake. They marched in the parade and we took pictures of President and Mrs. Carter. So they had a great time. Check out the web site their postcards are on the site already.
http://www.jimmycarter.info/spotlight_1.html Last night we drove down to Americas to spend the night and get to Plains, Georgia for the festival. The sun was a major factor so some of the photos are a bit darker than they could be.
Gabby was the first to get her's since she was the Kindergarten 1st Place winner. What was really neat to find out today was that there were 16,000 entries. Out of the 16,000 entries in Georgia only 36 student post cards were choosen for K-12.
