Gabby's 5th Birthday and party

Gabby celebrated her 5th birthday and 2nd here in the states. She had a great birthday with her family and than a party on Sat. the 23rd. She got lots of nice presents and ate cake. She bowled a 61 and beat the others on her lane. She was given a bowling ball bank which everyone at the party signed. Thanks to everyone who came and shared this special day with us.

The other photos you will see is Sydney at school. She was on the news again this time for breaking 100 Accelerated Reader points. She got a new t-shirt and certificate.

Valentine's Day

The girls had a lot of fun at school and got lots of candy and cards for Valentine's Day. They both had early release so I picked Sydney up from school and took her back to my school. She got to play teachers to my 4th block class. She gave them candy if they were good and strikes if they were not. She did a great job. Gabby stayed at her school and went to the daycare side for the afternoon. They both had fun. Than we headed off to Karate with their new white uniforms.

The Karate Kids

The karate Kids had class tonight. They are really enjoying Karate. They will have uniforms on Thursday. The teacher did not have enough and the sizes we needed tonight. Sydney has a great, very hard chop and Gabby has a great side kick so far. The only problem is them beating on each other and me.

Feb. 2008 what is going on

Sydney skipped her last cheerleading game. I don't think she liked it very much. She wants to be out there playing not cheerling on the sidelines.

Both girls have started Tae Kwon Do Karate on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They love it. Now if I can keep them from practicing the kicks and punches on each other that might be good. They will get to practice on my punching bag if they want. I have no photos yet. They will get their uniforms this week and I will take some photos. They have registered for softball which starts in March. Sydney wants to play the circle (pitcher spot) Gabby has not said. But her coach (me) will probably put her in the outfield this is her first time playing. G is busy with school.

I have started track and it is going very well. I am coaching on the middle school level. The high school had coaches and the middle did not. So I took the team I coached three years ago back. Check out the web site. I started this 4 or 5 years ago and have taken it back over since Jim is not as much a tech. geek as I am. http://profile.walton.k12.ga.us/education/sportszone/sportszone.php?sectionid=1779

Surgery went well as I stated but not using my left arm is not working out to well. Tuff to tie shoes... etc, etc.

Hope everyone is doing well. Photo was taken in Auburn on Thanksgiving Just liked it
